GASANOVA by Elvira Gasanova
Founder & Creative Director
GASANOVA is modern-day aristocracy with a distinctive twist. Founded in Donetsk in 2013 by designer Elvira Gasanova, the house built its name on one idea: elegance should have an edge. Black Tie, cocktail, everyday — reworked with sharp silhouettes, striking details, and zero apology.
The world took notice. Gigi Hadid, the Kardashian-Jenner family, Rita Ora, Toni Braxton, Alina Baikova, Loren Gray, Lais Ribeiro, Snejana Onopko, Anna Andres, Kelly Rowland, Paris Hilton, and many others have worn GASANOVA. Among its most prominent supporters: Ukraine's First Lady, Olena Zelenska.
The New York Times, Daily Mail, Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, W Magazine, ELLE, Marie Claire, Glamour, and more have featured the brand. GASANOVA is represented in 12 stores worldwide and has 4 franchise locations.
Every piece is made in Ukraine — not a footnote, but the point. Local production is central to GASANOVA's approach to quality and sustainability. Every year, the brand shows its new collection at Ukrainian Fashion Week, with a cast as diverse as the city it comes from.
It started small: a designer and a seamstress in Donetsk. The early collections meant hours of intricate handwork — and a lesson in leadership. "When I first started preparing the collection, I was nervous because I couldn't design and sew everything myself, but then I realized my role needed to be as creative as it was practical. The most important thing was to gather an incredibly talented team that understood me right away," says Elvira Gasanova.
Made in Kyiv. With love from wartime Ukraine.
