An important aspect of GASANOVA is its commitment to local production, with every piece made in Ukraine as part of the brand's focus on sustainability. Every year, GASANOVA showcases its new collection at Ukrainian Fashion Week. The brand is known for its high-quality clothing and inclusive approach, featuring models with diverse backgrounds and appearances.
The brand's journey began in 2013 in the Ukrainian city of Donetsk. GASANOVA started with a two-person team — the designer and a skilled seamstress — to ensure exceptional craftsmanship. Their early collections involved intricate handwork, which became a learning experience for the designer herself. "When I first started preparing the collection, I was nervous because I couldn't design and sew everything myself, but then I realized my role needed to be as creative as it was practical. The most important thing was to gather an incredibly talented team that understood me right away," says Elvira Gasanova.
